They will be up for the challenge this Friday. Coach Green has been really emphasizing the importance of being physical at the point of attack on both sides of the ball! He feels that his front seven will be physical and disruptive. STA offensive line is very good but is not as physically dominant as their teams of the past. It going to be where this game is won or lost. Manatee's 2009 team that upset STA in the semifinals had a very similar style of play and physicality! Manatee has to play mistake free football and make STA work for everything!

Was telling Mark today, The wife and I came down for the game in 2009, and due to the limited availability of general seating we sat in area of the stadium I had never sat in before. Based on Mark's seating preferences, looks like we'll be sitting in that same area again Friday night (hadnt sat in this section since the 2009 game against STA)......Manatee was good enough that night to pull off the win, maybe with me sitting in that same area Friday Manatee can do it again.....I'm not above applying a little bit of superstition every now and then!
