The POY Rules committee met and determined under the circumstances (about as much posting as positive things in the Biden Administration) a minimum of 2 posts would be a qualifier for this year's POY honors.
And as the veterans know, December is always an action filled month as 'playas' pad their stats with witty posts and superior football knowledge.
This prestigious Award will be historic, because for the first time in history, we cancelled 2020 because of a horrendous Pandemic that was made worse as a political tool, and is still wreaking havoc in America. But as they say what doesn’t Kill Ya, Makes Ya Stronger. So this is a double year, or using a math term; squared, POY.
Recent Qualifiers getting in under the deadline include: MarkECannon, TheCatCoachesMissesMe, FishinGuy, Bulldog1987, 181PL./ Joe1968, Cat_scratch, and Skyway2021.
There’s been a special exemption made for former POYs Neutral Observer (Perhaps may he RIP) but he quailied early in Jan of the calendar year, and Wavebb, who has been pre-occupied on a muscle car forum.
Of course, gatorman001, TWC2499, Peezy28, and SK keep this haven for Gulfcoast/Suncoast football snappin.
We still have a couple weeks for Sexy Beast and any other Slaps to quali.
