What is the real purpose of the FHSAA? Not being funny, but what is the purpose of the FHSAA?

That's a very good question. I'd love to hear an answer from someone that actually knows the depth of what they do for our student athletes because I really have no idea.

For over 95 years, the FHSAA – through the cooperative efforts of its member schools – has provided opportunities for high school students in Florida to participate on a fair and equitable basis in interscholastic athletic programs that produce vital educational benefits.

So this is there "Motto" they are failing in football, because it is on a fair and equitable platform. They have to either eliminate or seperate the schools that recruit (private and the other big dogs that reload each year with transfers) and let them compete against each other. It would be the toughest class in the country and the winner should be named the National Champion. I always wondered what STA felt like they accomplished??? I mean why would them winning a state championship against other teams that are not playing by the same set of rules? As a player why would that be an accomplishment? Yay we won't a state championship. Well, hell yes you did. You have an all star team and basically chose your team. What can we do as members to get this changed?
