One of the people I love listening to is Hans Zimmer. He did what I should have and was told to do back in the 90s. If I had done what a friend of my told me after he heard of few of my songs I wrote in telling me "You should make music for movie". I thought that was stupid at the time but now listening to Hans Zimmer's music I kick my butt everyday for not listening to my friend! I didn't know Hanz Zimmer was a member of the band Krakatoa until just recently.
I believe my friend knew I had what it took to make music for movies but I just didn't push myself like I should have. I was making stuff back then what he is making today! Crazy huh?

You are correct! I have thought about it but right now my wife is down with cervical and lumbar issues thanks to working in daycare for 25 years. It really took a toll on her spine. Crazy how late 40s and middle 50 year olds are having so many spine issues currently! They always told us "Work hard, oh you can pick those kids up, its good for you", well we look back at what others tell us and laugh at them.
Maybe one day I will push it, I have all the gear and been using Pro Tools for 15 years now so I truly have everything needed.
