Last weekend offered very few surprises except the Edgewater over Apopka upset 14-13. Miami Central, Dwyer, St. Thomas Aquinas, Pensacola, Dr. Phillips, and Armwood all rolled to easy victories. Manatee for the second straight week struggled defensively and Glades Central avoided a stunner of their own against American Heritage. In this week's Beef 'O Brady's Top 25, many media members feel St. Thomas Aquinas is the top team in the state. But is it really that cut and dry? I'll examine those points and discuss which team may have the edge at the top spot and more.
