How good is the Southridge defense?

Not a lot of s fla posters on here anymore. They seem to be damn impressive so far this post season. Is it good enough to take the Spartans fo the 8a title?

I like DP's defense a lot! Their offense while it has some nice skilled talent, lacks having great talent along it offensive line and felt they would progressed through the playoffs as long as the offense could generate just enough offense to win games. or until it met a defense that was equally as impressive as the DP defense.

It is very good, but 8A as a whole is significantly down in SFL. From what I have heard it is comparable to Dr. Phillips. I doubt 8A Southridge 2016 Defense could hold a candle to the 2015 8A South Rep Flanagan Defense. 8A is way simply down statewide.
