I would think that the plaintiff's case would be very difficult to prove.

This could cause the end of amateur sports as we know it. Who would want to coach for a miniscule salary in this environment?

But, there's always a lawyer who will take any frivilous case.

Peezy, you can't be done because of something that they're doing in California, that's one wacked out state brother. I mean look at who they've had as Governors, Reagan, Arnold and Jerry Brown. It's where Hollywood is.

Then there's that craziness of California teams getting unreasonably high BCS rankings every year for little or no reason.
