It was announced today that on Monday, March 30th legendary soul singer/songwriter Bill Withers passed away from heart complications.
It didn't matter one bit if you were black or white, if you were a soul/R & B fan who was around in the 70's, solid gold treasures such as "Ain't No Sunshine", "Lean on Me", "Use Me", "Lovely Day" and "Just the Two of Us" (recorded with immortal saxophonist Grover Washington, Jr.) left an indelible mark on your heart.
Withers was 81. R.I.P brother. Your music will never be forgotten.
