What have you and your team been doing as of late to get ready for the fall?
“[This summer] we work[ed] out Monday through Thursday from 9 to 11:30. We spent an hour and 15 minutes in the weight room and an hour and 15 minutes outside conditioning. We threw 7 on 7 at least twice a week in the afternoons. We also had several of us skill guys working with a speed coach every week.”

What do you feel you have improved on the most since football ended?
“I feel I’ve improved the most on my arm strength and speed.”

How do you feel your team will do this football season?
“We will have several new starters on both sides of the ball so our goal is to get better each week in order to make our normal run in the playoffs.”

What team do you feel will be the toughest competition on your schedule?
“Suwannee and Taylor County are our district games. They are must-win games for us.”

Who is the toughest individual player your team will face off against?
“We play several, not just one. There’s Trevarius Jones from Chiles, Makari Vickers and Amari Borden from Munroe. Mosley’s Randy Pittman. Jordan Pride from Blountstown. Rickards has Keyon Brown. Cameron Upshaw from Taylor County and Camden Frier from Suwannee.”

Do you want to play sports in college? If so, which one?
“Yes, I’d love to play football at the next level.”

What colleges have been recruiting you?
“No P5s as of yet. Schools showing some interest are mid-majors.”

What school is recruiting you the hardest?
“I haven’t received any offers yet.”

Have you made any college trips yet?
“Not this summer, but next summer, I plan on attending camps at the colleges that are interested in me.”

What camps did you attend this summer? How did the camps go overall?
“I went to the Manning Passing Academy. It went really well. I was able to pick up some things from high level D1 college quarterbacks as well as the Mannings.”

Did you have a favorite college growing up?
“I always liked watching Florida State.”
