The first full week of football has come and gone and there were some surprises, big wins and even some sleeper teams emerging across the state. We had defensive battles (Armwood vs. Plant), struggles of possible top teams in the state (Northwestern and Booker T. Washington). The first week wouldn’t be complete without a few big time match-ups that came right down to the wire. We take a look back at Week I and break down some of the most talked about games.
