Peezy, this is in your neck of the woods.............I wouldn't however be surprised to learn that responses on Holmes Beach in Manatee County or on Siesta Key in Sarasota County were probably about the same......

Honestly it's probably majority of people not from Clearwater or Pinellas even. Clearwater Beach is mostly for tourists these days we go elsewhere. But who knows.
You know, a basic understanding of how this Representative Republic came into existence, how it works and how it survived, would go a long way towards the problems of today.
Is it these kid's fault (I took Civics classes in high school, they don't have them anymore) ? Is it the educational system? or is it the Political system that's done a bang-up job of dumbing down America for generations?
It's why this generation is flirting with socialism, they don't know the failures or body counts of such regimes. They think by their birthright as Americans they're owed something, perfectly willing to allow others to provide their protection, and to be clean free of responsibility to live their lives however they want. They just don't have enough a grasp on history to realize for that to truly happen there needs to be and ordered society with structured rules. And being humans there will always be flaws in the system.
Nobody is trying to escape America, but thousands die trying to get here from socialist and other poorly run countries.

There were several videos like this done this past weekend all over the country and unfortunately based on what I watched so far, the lack of being able to provide correct answers was a common theme, all over the country.......imagine that?
