DP-Mainlandshould be a great game, you can catch it on Brighthouse.

DP comes into the game with two losses to West Orange (41-34) and Apopka (22-20), games that were 1 and 2 point games, repectively, until time ran out. DP led Apopka 20-6 at the half, and led West Orange 13-0 early before not converting a critical 1st and goal from the 3 that would have put West Orange away. This is a 48 minute game, and DP needs to play it out.

Most of you will probably take Mainland in a blowout. Not so fast... DP has learned a lot about its identity these past two weeks and knocked off a very solid Wekiva (3-1) 27-0 in week one.

This game will be won in the trenches. DP can spread it out or go to the wildcat, but this front 7 (Mainland) is unbelievable. The young DP line will have their hands full.

DP has a solid defense and I'm looking forward to seeing QB Denzel Houston in person for the first time. His performance will decide this game - and if he doesn't perform, you can most likely thank 3-star (COUGH) junior LB/DL/DE Dylan Meeks, who has 43 tackles over the last two weeks.

Should be a dandy! It's at Dr. Phillips right across from Universal Studios.

Well it's finally here, Mainland at Dr Phillips. Some of us fans have been waiting a long time for this battle of central Florida powers to hookup. We've had some classics with Osceola-Kissimmee (DPHS), Orlando Edgewater, Palm Bay and Cocoa (preseason). This one should be no different. Win, lose, or draw, it's all good!! With St Edwards (Cleveland) coming in two weeks, Mainland needs this high quality opponent. The Buc's have yet to be tested this year. DP is 8A, Mainland is 6A. The game has no bearing on championship hopes or dreams for either team. This is a statement game. My the best team (Mainland) win ...Buc Forever

Mainland has made trips before. They play St. Edward a week after Cocoa plays St. Edward in Ohio. I have more confidence in Mainland winning in Ohio than Cocoa. Hopefully both teams win.
Mainland vs DP will be a great match up. One of many this weekend.
This year may be Mainlands year to beat MC. They could be good enough to win state.
DP has a talented team most years but seems to fall one game short of the finals. Maybe this is their year, they also have the talent to play for the championship.

Haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa I'am a Jersey poster too, used to live there and went to Bosco. Lived in Palm Beach for 20 years and like So Fl football... Got game, great shape and have fun.... You have SOME good posters that I learn from and others I laugh at... Pipe Dreams has educated me as have a few others.. Usually i post where ever I want to and don't think that's trolling??? You can learn about different teams and I like that..
