If Niceville is unable to travel to Austin, TX. They might want a game. I know they are selling tickets but road conditions between Florida and Austin aren't good.

Niceville, vs Orange City University would be a decent game. And, Orange City may be willing to travel up to Niceville, giving you another home gate.

Not sure what the current rules are. They used to vary from county to county. In some it was negotiated when an out of County team came to town.
