You got it right on one count... officials didn't make one offensive holding call in the game, including that Outland Trophy winner whose team got absolutely road graded. That Outland Trophy winner had to resort to this to literally hold off true freshman DE Derek Barnett.

Man, you got that right. No third downs needed in the first half.

The difference in team speed was very evident live and in person.

Scherff didn't really impress me so much, nice run blocking. PassPro skills were slow, at least against those ends.

No one had anything to say pregame,though. I was glad to get those tickets sold, though.

I really felt like my Vols were playing well enough and had enough confidence to win, but had no idea we would dominate Iowa like that. It was obvious that the Iowa had little interest in being there. The two programs are passing each other in the night with UT on the way up and Iowa on the way down. The noise in the system for Kirk Ferentz is deafening. My family and I had a nice enjoyable time in Jax.
