Pirates jumped out to a 21 point lead in the 1st Qtr. Double digit leads have been no surprise in Pirate Cove, this is the 5h straight the Pirates have done it against the Tarpons who came back in the other four to win.

The Fish managed to get it to 21-7 by half. They started off the 3rd with a drive and long 4th down conversion giving the Pirates that old uneasy feeing. But the Pirate D stopped another 4h in the Red zone. That was huge, and another Pirate team most agree was better than the Tarpons, flipped the script for a change and finished - So, congrats to them.

The Pirates are an experienced and talented team with a good running game. They usually get better over a season and they have an offense that's cruising with 40+ points a game.

The Tarpons have to go through a period of realignment and rebuilding. They had 20 years of a staff with 5/6 former head coaches on it. In football the pendulum swings. They've found there way before - and eventually will again.

SK I was not being funny about that. I was just surprised at the upside down score. Normally its the other way around with these two teams.
