    I believe SE state titles were won in 1993 and 1994, then they played for a state title in 1998 against Miami Northwestern but lost 28-0. 1999 I believe they lost to STA in the semi-finals in a game I believe STA pulled out in the closing moments of the game.

    Something structure along those lines, as well as colleges creating a GM position to over see player personnel decisions........No way a Head coach could be responsible for all of this.....but I agree in principle to everything you're suggesting.

    I kinda went over this the other day, in that I felt its rules and guidelines related to NIL were vague. Its own website refers to them as "Interim" The NCAA for all practical purposes is dead man walking...
