It looks like only a few teams are dominating those lower divisions and those winning D-1 championships don't necessarily dominate year after year. I was surprised that Alabama was not on the list and that Georgia was. Guess we now know why Mark Richt has kept his job.
 
With Alabama it all comes down to the Saban factor:
