Manatee vs Venice should be a great matchup as usual. Venice has shown some vulnerability with their game with Largo. Venice struggled to pull off a 5-3 win and Largo struggled somewhat last week with Dixie Hollins team, giving up 41 points to a 1-8 team yet Largo held Venice to 5 points.
While you can't pull too much from that, it does show Venice can be stopped and Manatee has a pretty stout D. That being said, Venice will surely be up for the game as they always are. Manatee gave up 20 to Seminole so I guess we all have our games that aren't our sharpest.
I'll take the Canes in this one pulling away in the second half. Johnny Lang should get his 100 yards in this one.
